IMPORTANT:
All courses to be held at Air Analytics Headquarters, located at 207 West State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708, unless otherwise stated. The classrooms are located on the second floor in suite 207-C. All Courses will meet from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily, unless otherwise stated.
REFUNDS POLICY:
Air Analytics prides itself in holding quality courses, and sticking to the schedule of course dates. However, courses may be cancelled for lack of registrations, or emergency events like hurricanes, tornados, etc. Cancellations by Air Analytics entitles clients to a full refund or Credit for a future course. Cancellations by clients are subject to the following policy for all training programs and courses:

Cancellations and Refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:

Up to two (2) weeks in advance: 100%, less an administrative processing fee;
-
Less than two (2) weeks in advance but up to five (5) business days prior: 75%, less an administrative processing fee;

No refunds will be made for cancellations within five (5) business days prior to the starting day of the program.

All refunds will incur a 10% administrative processing fee.

No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a “No Show” is a person who registers for a program, but who does not cancel registration or attend the program).

Refunds will be processed as they are received or after the conclusion of the program, depending on the program date and when cancellation occurs. Refunds may take up to five to seven business days to process.

If Air Analytics needs to cancel the program, Air Analytics may elect to offer transfer of registration to another program, provided such a program is scheduled and space is available.

If Air Analytics determines that a participant must be removed from the course/conference for inappropriate or illegal conduct, Air Analytics will not provide a full refund of course/conference funds.
